Booking
A credit card is required in order to book/schedule any appointment.
Sick Policy
If you show up sick to an appointment, you will be rescheduled which will result in 100% of the service amount being charged.
Cancellations
24 hour notice is needed when cancelling/changing appointments. If an appointment has been changed or cancelled within the 24 hour period, 50% of the service amount will be charged. Penalty must be paid in order to hold your next appointment.
No Call/No Show
No call/no shows are not tolerated. Failure to show up to a scheduled appointment will result in 100% of the service amount being charged. Fee must be paid in order to hold your next appointment. Failure to pay penalty may be grounds for refusal of service.
**Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment may be grounds for rescheduling. Please understand your tardiness affects the next clients scheduled time.
Scheduling an appointment and putting your card on file means you understand and accept all policies laid out and authorize any changes to be made at the time of appointment as well as the penalty fees to be charged for last minute cancellations/no shows/late appointments.
